We used a traditional Ukrainian lullaby to reflect the impact of war. It begins with a mother singing, interrupted by bombs and chaos. In the end, a child hums the tune, joined by the mother, reunited. The piece highlights Ukraine’s threatened heritage and the hope of families coming back together.
